Lunar New Year Learning + Processing Session

Join LUNAR's Rabbi in Residence, Rabbi Mira Rivera, in reflecting on the Lunar New Year with intention. Whether you celebrate the holiday yearly, are observing for the first time, or are just curious to learn more, let's explore what the new year can teach us. 

In light of the recent tragedy in Monterey Park, this session will also serve as a healing and processing space for Asian Jews. 

Who is invited?

In light of the recent tragedy in Monterey Park, we are now holding this session as an affinity space for Asian Jews. We invite our allies and loved ones who do not identify as Asian Jews to join us at future events.

Cost

We are offering tickets on a "pay what you want" sliding scale with no minimum, with the goal of keeping cultural learning accessible to all. We also welcome donations at weareasianjews.org/donate. Ticket sales and donations help us run these programs and continue creating connection, belonging, and visibility for Asian American Jews.
