About the event
Therapy has gained in popularity, but finding a therapist that feels like the right fit can still be confusing. Join us (two Asian American Jewish therapists) as we explore the occasionally mysterious landscape of therapy. We’ll discuss mental health stigma, different therapy styles and finding your fit, resources for connecting with a therapist, and what to do once you’ve found a therapist you like. Come with questions and be ready to share and connect with others.
This event marks the launch of LUNAR's Asian Jewish Mental Health Initiative, supported by the Jewish Federation of LA.
